About

At Blending With Arts, we are a dedicated charitable organisation (currently in the process of registration) with a clear mission: to empower emerging artists and transform the narrative from "starving artist" to "striving artist."

Our Vision:

We envision a world where artistic talent thrives, unburdened by financial constraints. We believe that every artist deserves a platform to showcase their work and connect with a wider audience.

Our Core Values:

  • Artist Empowerment: We are committed to providing artists with the resources and opportunities they need to succeed.
  • Accessibility: We believe that art should be accessible to everyone, both creators and audiences.
  • Transparency: We operate with integrity and openness in all our dealings.
  • Community: We foster a supportive and collaborative environment for artists and art lovers.
  • Artistic Freedom: We champion the freedom of artistic expression.

How We Help Artists:

We provide emerging artists with a platform to exhibit their artwork, enabling them to:

  • Gain exposure to a broader audience.
  • Connect with potential buyers and patrons.
  • Build their artistic careers.

Our Sustainable Model:

We are committed to operating in a way that sustains our mission and supports artists.

  • Free Platform: We do not charge artists any fees for exhibiting their work.
  • No Commission: We do not take any commission on artwork sales.
  • Voluntary Contribution: If an artist's work attracts interest and results in sales, they are invited to make a voluntary contribution to support our ongoing efforts. The amount of this contribution is entirely at the artist's discretion.

This free and collaborative relationship allows both artists and our organisation to focus on what matters most: the creation and appreciation of art.

Call for Support: Charity Registration

To fully realize our vision and expand our impact, we need to complete the registration process to become a fully recognized charity. However, due to our commitment to directly supporting artists and creating accessible art experiences, our funds have been primarily directed towards these initiatives.

The legal fees required to complete the charity registration process are significant, estimated to be a minimum of £13,000. We are therefore actively seeking legal support to help us achieve this crucial step. Any assistance in a form of "pro bono legal services", would be immensely valuable in enabling us to formalise our charitable status and better serve the artistic community.

We are passionate about nurturing artistic talent and creating a vibrant and thriving arts community, and with your support, we can achieve even greater things.
